Pineapple Fluff(Low-Fat For Diabetics) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) low-fat cream cheese
    1 (10 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (no sugar)
    8 oz. Cool Whip free
    6 pkg. Equal or Splenda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
    4 pkg. Equal
    1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix graham crackers, 4 packs Equal and margarine together. Press into a 7 x 11-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes. Blend cream cheese, 6 packs sweetener, vanilla and Cool Whip. Stir in pineapple. Pour on top of cooled graham cracker crust. Refrigerate.
