Marinade For London Broil Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 tsp. Adolph's meat tenderizer
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. soy sauce

Preparation

Stick holes in meat and pour marinade over it.
Marinate overnight or at least 6 hours, turning occasionally.
