Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rich milk or cream
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    pinch of cayenne
    salt and pepper
    5 slices bacon
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/8 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Line pie plate with plain pastry.
    Cut bacon in small pieces and saute until crisp.
    Sprinkle half of crisp bacon on pastry. Mix other ingredients and pour into shell.
    Sprinkle remaining crisp bacon pieces on top.
    Bake 5 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Lower heat to 325\u00b0 and bake until custard is firm.
