Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. (15 ml) butter
    2 eggs
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Heat butter in skillet to medium-low.
    Beat eggs with salt and pepper; pour into skillet, covering bottom.
    When eggs are almost set (about 1 minute), loosen edge with spatula and fold one-third of omelet toward center; fold other side toward center.
    Turn omelet and cook for 1 minute more.
    Remove from heat immediately. Inside should be soft and outside should not be crisp.
    Serve on warm plate.
