Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans chunk pineapple, drained
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. cheese, grated
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix pineapple, flour, sugar and 1 1/2 cups cheese together. Pour into greased casserole.
    Crush enough Ritz crackers to cover mixture.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese over crackers.
    Melt butter; drizzle over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
