Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 lb. lean round steak, cut in bite size pieces
    3/4 c. beef broth or water and 1 Tbsp. bouillon
    1/2 c. sliced green onion (including tops)
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    fresh tomato (optional)
Preparation
    While rice is cooking, cut steak and sprinkle with paprika. Let stand while preparing other ingredients.
    Brown meat in skillet with Pam or some oleo or oil. Add broth. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes. Stir in onion and bell pepper.
    Cover and cook 5 minutes more. Blend cornstarch in soy sauce. Stir into meat mixture. Cook, stirring, until clear and thickened. Serve over rice with tomato wedges, if you desire.
