Pork Chops And Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium size pork chops
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small, chopped onion
    chopped celery
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Season chops and brown on both sides in skillet with melted margarine.
    Spread uncooked rice in casserole dish.
    Mix soup, onion, celery, salt and pepper.
    Pour over rice, adding water if needed to cover rice.
    Place chops on top and cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes or until rice is tender. Additional water may be added to get rice tender.
