Breakfast Or Brunch Gargage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 beaten eggs
3/4 c. shredded cheese or 3 oz. American cheese
3/4 c. loose frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. chopped ham or sausage, fully cooked
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Combine eggs and 1/2 cup cheese; set aside.
In medium hot skillet, cook potatoes, ham and onion in hot oil for about 8 minutes or until potatoes and onions are tender.
Add the egg mixture to potatoes and
ham/sausage.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are cooked but still glossy and moist. Transfer to serving plate and top with remaining cheese.
Makes 2 to 3 servings.
You can double recipe.
