Alma'S Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy cake mix (yellow, white or lemon)
    1 can crushed pineapple (13 1/2 oz.), drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    2 c. milk
    9 oz. Cool Whip
    approximately 1 c. toasted coconut
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix.
    Spread in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
    When cool, spread with crushed pineapple.
    Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup milk and salt and beat until fluffy, then add pudding mix and 2 cups milk and mix well.
    Spread mixture over pineapple.
    Then spread on Cool Whip and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
