Yams Hawaiian - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. can yams, drained
1/2 medium banana, sliced
1/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. toasted flaked coconut
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Place yams in buttered 1-quart casserole.
Arrange banana on top.
Pour juice over all.
Sprinkle with salt.
Top with pecans and coconut.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
