Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thin sliced zucchini
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
    2 tsp. mustard
    2 pie shells
Preparation
    Saute zucchini and onion in margarine for 10 minutes.
    Mix cheese and eggs together and add to zucchini mixture.
    Add remaining ingredients, except for mustard.
    Brush mustard over pie crusts.
    Pour mixture into pie shells.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes.
