Crock-Pot Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Northern beans, rinsed
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. molasses
4 to 5 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 medium chopped onion
3 to 4 slices bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces, or a hunk of salt pork
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot set on a low temperature.
Cook 20 to 24 hours.
These beans are usually juicier, forming what is called a \"liquor\".
Beans usually soak up the juice when refrigerated.
May be frozen.
Reheat slowly.
