Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh broccoli (or may use frozen)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cheese and garlic croutons
Preparation
    Do not add additional salt!!!
    Cook broccoli and drain. Combine eggs, soup, mayonnaise and onion.
    Mix these with broccoli and pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Melt butter and mix with croutons.
    Spread croutons over top of broccoli mixture.
    Bake 45 minutes to an hour at 350\u00b0.
    Very good for freezing.
    Leftovers are excellent!
