Lemon Pie Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/3 c. water
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 baked crust
Preparation

Bring to boil sugar
and
1
1/2
cups water.
Dissolve cornstarch in 1/3 cup water.
Add
to syrup, cook until clear. Beat egg yolks, add lemon
juice and lemon rind.
Add to syrup mixture; cook until thick.
