Black Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can black beans (do not drain)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. jasmine rice
    2 red peppers, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    3 tsp. Krystal hot sauce
    olive oil
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Saute half the onion and 2 red peppers in olive oil.
    Heat can of beans.
    Add hot sauce, salt and pepper.
    Cook rice.
    Add sauteed onion and peppers to beans.
    Bring to boil; cover and turn off heat.
    Serve beans over rice.
    Sprinkle with remaining onion, celery and additional hot sauce.
    Can be served as a main or side dish.
