Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can salmon, drained
1 c. milk
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 beaten eggs
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
Preparation

Combine ingredients and place in a greased baking dish.
Dot with 2 tablespoons butter or oleo (optional) and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 35 minutes.
