Mary Beth'S Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. diced cheese
buttered bread crumbs for top
Preparation

Cut cabbage into 1-inch chunks and cook in salted water until tender.
Drain.
Cook bacon until brown; remove from pan and drain on paper towel.
Saute diced onions and peppers in bacon drippings until tender.
Mix all ingredients and put into casserole.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0
until browned, about 25 to 30 minutes.
