Country Cheese Snacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    snack size rye bread slices, toasted English muffins or bagels
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 green onions with tops, minced
    parsley sprigs
    stuffed green olives, sliced
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, cheeses and green onions. Spread on bread; place on a baking sheet.
    Broil 4 inches from the heat until golden and bubbly, about 1 to 2 minutes.
    Garnish with parsley and olives.
    Serve immediately.
    Yield:
    2 cups spread.
