Apples And Sweet Potatoes In Orange Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium sweet potatoes
2 large apples
3/4 c. orange juice
2 tsp. orange rind
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar

Preparation

Wash potatoes and cook in boiling water until tender.
Peel and core apples.
Slice. Peel potatoes.
Cut in halves and arrange both potatoes and apples in baking dish.
