Sour Cream Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 c. Chopped Onions
1 Clove Garlic, minced
16 oz. Tomato Sauce
16 oz. Water
1 pint Sour Cream
3 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
6 Green Onions, chopped
8 oz. Lasagne Noodles
1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown the onions, garlic and meat.
Drain off the fat.
Add the tomato sauce and water and simmer 20 minutes uncovered (add spices - basil, oregano etc. if desired).
