Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, in bite size pieces
    1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix soups, sour cream, poppy seed and 1/2 cup grated cheese. Layer chicken in baking dish.
    Pour over soup mixture.
    Top with remaining 1 1/2 cups cheese and crushed Ritz crackers.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly at 350\u00b0.
