Vegetable Noodle Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. green string beans, cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces
2 c. diced carrots
4 c. medium white sauce
8 oz. broad noodles
1 medium onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. grated American or Cheddar cheese
2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook beans and carrots in small amount of boiling, salted water.
Drain and combine any leftover cooking water with milk in white sauce.
Cook noodles.
Add seasonings and cheese to white sauce.
Combine with vegetables and noodles.
Pour into greased shallow baking dish.
Cover with buttered crumbs.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
