Pepperoni Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. slicing pepperoni, sliced thin
    1 1/2 lb. white American cheese
    1 pizza dough
    1 egg white
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cut pizza dough in half.
    Roll out dough.
    Layer with pepperoni and cheese to desired thickness. Fold dough over and press to make seam.
    Brush with egg white. Bake until golden brown.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 2 breads.
