Phyl'S Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans pineapple chunks and juice
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 c. white sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick melted butter
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix pineapple chunks and juice, cheese, sugar and flour and put into Pyrex baking dish.
    Mix butter and Ritz crackers and sprinkle on the pineapple mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 until done and crackers are toasted.
    This is good served with ham or barbecue chicken.
