Vegetable Chili (No Oil) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions (chunks)
    2 stalks celery, diced
    2 carrots, shredded or chopped
    5 toes minced garlic
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. diced tomato
    1/2 c. brown rice or white
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 qt. stewed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 can beans or bean sprouts
    1 can tomato soup and 1 can water
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Steam onions, celery, carrots, garlic, green pepper and tomato in 2 tablespoons water instead of oil.
    Ground beef can be browned, drained and added, if desired.
    Add remaining ingredients.
