Cranberried Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium carrots
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cranberry juice
Preparation

Wash and scrape carrots.
Cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces. Cook and drain.
Melt fat and add cranberry sauce.
Cook gently, stirring constantly, until sauce is dissolved.
Add carrots and cook gently for 3 to 4 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Do not freeze.
