Swiss Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained and chopped
2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
salt and pepper
Lawry's seasoning salt to taste
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. heavy cream
12 flour tortillas
8 oz. grated Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese
Preparation

Saute onion in oil.
Add garlic, tomato sauce, chilies, chicken and seasoning to taste.
Mix sour cream, chicken broth and cream.
Dip tortillas in cream sauce.
Spoon chicken mixture on tortilla.
Roll and place in greased baking dish.
Pour cream sauce over enchiladas.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes covered with foil.
Remove foil to brown.
May be garnished with avocado slices or ripe olives.
Serves 6 to 8.
