Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken breast
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 to 1 tsp. soy sauce (to taste)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts into strips or chunks.
    Cook chicken and onion in 1 Tbsp. oil until done.
    Add the cooked rice.
    Add soy sauce, salt and pepper.
    Stir together.
