Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 yellow squash
6 big square crackers, crumbled
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 chopped onion
1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
1 c. American cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. margarine
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook squash and onion until tender.
Mash up.
Add eggs and milk.
Stir well.
Add pepper, cheese, sugar, margarine, salt and pepper.
Mix.
Add crackers and stir.
Butter sides of baking dish.
Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Last 10 minutes, add a few crumbled crackers on top.
