Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. flour
5 oz. sugar, divided
cold water (to mix dough)
4 oz. margarine
pinch of salt
4 c. diced rhubarb
Preparation

Stir salt and flour in mixing bowl.
Rub in margarine with fingertips until mixture is consistency of dried bread crumbs. Add 1 ounce sugar.
Add cold water, a little at a time, until mixture forms dough.
Roll half the dough on a floured board and line a well-greased pie dish with the dough.
