Crusty Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. butter or margarine
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream the butter well.
Add sugar; mix, then add eggs, then flavoring.
Combine flour and salt; do not overbeat.
Pour into a greased tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 25 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then turn out of pan.
