Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
    salt and pepper
    small can pineapple slices
    maraschino cherries
    parsley
Preparation
    Blend cheese, pineapple, 1 cup pecans, pepper, onion, salt and pepper.
    Shape into a ball and roll in remaining nuts.
    Chill well.
    Garnish with pineapple slices, cherry and parsley. Surround with crackers.
