Steak In Sour Cream Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. tenderized round steak
3 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. (4 oz.) drained mushrooms
2 Tbsp. water or mushroom liquid
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. parsley
Preparation

Cut steak into serving pieces.
Coat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
In large pan brown meat in hot oil.
Drain excess oil.
Add onion, mushrooms and water.
Reduce heat and simmer; cover 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat thoroughly, avoid boiling, adding sour cream and parsley.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
