Turkey Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground turkey breast (without skin)
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/4 c. fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 medium bell pepper, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 c. bread crumbs, toasted
3/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. chicken stock
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with Pam. Mix all ingredients in large bowl until just blended; pour mixture into pan.
Recipe can be prepared up to this point one or two days ahead of time.
This saves time and allows the flavor to absorb better.
Before baking, mix tomato sauce and brown sugar; pour over top.
If you'd like, slice the remaining bell pepper half and add to the tomato sauce.
Smooth top; bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
