Pumpkin Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    4 eggs
    2 c. cooked pumpkin
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine sugars, shortening and eggs; beat for 2 minutes on medium speed of electric mixer.
    Add pumpkin.
    Sift together the flour, salt, soda and spices; gradually blend into creamed mixture.
    Beat 2 minutes at high speed.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes.
    Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan.
