Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish, cut into thin strips
    1/2 c. prepared mustard
    1 egg, beaten
    6 to 8 dashes Louisiana hot sauce
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    Tony's seasoning
    dash of garlic powder
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix mustard, egg and hot sauce.
    Marinate fillets in this mixture for 15 minutes.
    Season flour and cornmeal with Tony's seasoning, garlic powder and red pepper.
    Roll fish in flour mixture and coat well.
    Fry at 350\u00b0 until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
