Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt chips and butter in heavy saucepan.
Add powdered sugar and evaporated milk.
Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla.
Allow sauce to cool slightly and then pour into jars.
When completely cool, screw on lids.
