Chili Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. hamburger
2 (No. 2) cans whole tomatoes
1 bottle Gebhardt chili powder (3 oz. size)
1 small (1 oz.) can cumin powder
1 large onion, chopped
4 gloves garlic, chopped fine
salt and pepper
4 c. cooked pinto beans
Preparation

Brown meat, onion and garlic.
Add chili powder, cumin and tomatoes; simmer until thick, 1 hour or longer.
Add 1 cup cooked pinto beans for each pound meat.
Serves 40 to 50 people.
