Butter And Bacon Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 med potatoes
1 med onion
1 stick butter
2 lbs. bacon
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Peel and dice potatoes; cook until tender. Melt butter and onion until tender. Cook bacon. Drain potatoes. Add salt and pepper; then top with butter and bacon.
