Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar plus a little more
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. persimmons (pulp)
1/2 c. margarine
2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Strain persimmons through a sieve to remove skin and seeds. Mix together with mixer.
Grease 11 x 13-inch pan with the margarine and dot rest of margarine on top of mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0
until done, 30 to 45 minutes.
