Chruscik - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 whole eggs
4 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 jigger rum
Preparation

Add salt to eggs and beat until thick and lemon colored. Add sugar, butter and rum and continue to beat. Fold in flour and knead until dough blisters. Cut in halves; roll very thin and cut into strips about 4-inches long. Slit each piece in center and pull one end through the slit.
Fry in hot fat until lightly browned. Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
