Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2/3 c. cold milk
2 c. sugar
dash of salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. marshmallow cream
Preparation

Add chocolate to milk and place over low flame.
Cook until mixture is smooth and blended, stirring constantly.
Add sugar and salt and stir until sugar is dissolved and mixture boils. Continue cooking without stirring until a small amount of mixture forms a very soft ball when dropped in cold water.
Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla, peanut butter and marshmallow cream. Cool for a few minutes, then beat it; as it begins to thicken, pour at once into greased pan.
Cool and cut into squares.
