Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cake flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. egg whites
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Sift half of the sugar with the flour 4 times.
    Beat egg whites to a foam, add cream of tartar and salt, beat until it holds up in peaks.
    Add remaining sugar, a little at a time, beating it in.
    Next, add lemon extract and fold in the flour mixture.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0 and pour into an ungreased angel cake pan.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
