Spicy Turkey Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. red bell pepper
    1 c. green bell pepper
    1 c. onion
    1 c. carrot
    1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    12 oz. turkey cutlet, cut into thin strips
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 pkg. chicken flavored bouillon
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Saute garlic and vegetables in olive oil.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook, covered, for 10 minutes or until done. Thicken with 1 tablespoon cornstarch, mixed with 2 tablespoons water.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 2.
