Easy Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
egg noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onions until all red is gone from meat. Stir in flour, salts, pepper and mushroom pieces.
Cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in soups and simmer 10 minutes, stirring often.
Add sour cream and heat thoroughly.
Serve over cooked and drained wide egg noodles (amount desired for your family).
Serves 4 to 6.
