Rabbit(Zajac Pieczony) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rabbit
    flour (for dredging)
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. mushrooms, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    3 pinches dry thyme
    3 bay leaves
    2/3 c. meat stock
    2/3 c. tart white wine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut rabbit in desired pieces. Dredge with flour and brown in butter.
    Add rest of ingredients. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until tender.
