Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks oleo
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. dark Karo
    1 tsp. salt
    8 qt. popcorn
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Pop the popcorn first.
    Heat first four ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly, then boil 5 minutes without stirring.
    Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and baking soda.
    Pour over popcorn (use a large foil roasting pan).
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for about 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
