Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef chuck or round, trimmed
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1 1/2 ground ginger
    1/4 salad oil
    1 c. red or green peppers, chopped
    1 c. green onions onions, thinly sliced
    2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
    1 c. water
    2 tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Cut beef across grain into strips (1/2-inch thick).
    Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and beef.
    Toss and set aside.
