Chess Pie * - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Mix ingredients together in small bowl. Pour into uncooked pie shell.
Cook at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then turn oven back to 300\u00b0 and cook until thick or brown.
