Bacon-Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 well beaten egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. cooked, crumbled bacon
Preparation
    Sift
    together\tthoroughly
    flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; make well in center.\tCombine egg, milk and oil; add all at once
    to dry mixture along with cheese and bacon.
    Stir just until moistened.\tFill well greased muffin pans.\tBake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
